Privacy policy

1. What data we process

• Telegram account data: chat identifier and username — to identify you within the Service and send you reports.
• Access to ad accounts: you grant managed access to your Google Ads and/or Yandex.Direct accounts through those platforms' official mechanisms. We neither request nor store your passwords.
• Campaign data: statistics, keywords, ads and settings — solely to analyse and optimise your campaigns.
• Questionnaire data: your business niche, negative keywords and forbidden topics — to tune the work to your business.
• Payment data: processed by payment providers. We neither receive nor store your card details.

2. Why we process data

• To analyse and optimise your advertising campaigns.
• To produce clear reports and improvement suggestions.
• To apply changes — only after your confirmation (or in autopilot mode, if you have enabled it).
• For technical support and communication with you.

3. Access to ad accounts

Access follows the managed-access model (as used by advertising agencies) through the official Google and Yandex interfaces. You may revoke access at any time on the relevant platform's side. We take no actions beyond providing the service.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. Data may be processed by:

• advertising platforms (Google, Yandex) — as part of working with your campaigns;
• technical data-processing contractors — solely to provide the service and only to the extent it requires;
• payment providers — to process payments.

5. Storage and protection

Data is stored on secured servers and used only to operate the Service. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from unauthorised access.

6. Your rights

You may request information about your data, its correction or deletion, and revoke access to your ad accounts. To do so, contact us (see “Contacts”).

7. Cookies

The site uses cookies necessary for it to work correctly.

In addition, the site uses the web analytics service Google Analytics (property G-ZZC5TE6XV9). It collects anonymised information about your visit: which pages were opened and for how long, from what device and browser, from which country, which link you arrived by, and a truncated IP address. This data is processed by Google LLC on its servers.

The site also uses Yandex.Metrica (counter number 111596791). Besides the same anonymised visit information, it records what you do on the page: mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and form filling — this is called Session Replay. We need these recordings to see where on the site people fail to find what they need, and fix it. Values typed into fields are not saved. The data is processed by Yandex LLC on its servers.

We use it only to understand which materials on the site are useful to visitors and to improve the service. We do not link this information to your name, phone number or ad account, and we do not use it to show you advertising.

Analytics is enabled only with your consent. On your first visit you see a prompt: until you press “Accept”, neither Google Analytics nor Yandex.Metrica loads, no actions are recorded and no data about you is collected. Declining does not limit the site in any way.

You can change your decision at any time:

• reset your choice and decide again — the prompt will appear again;
• install Google's official add-on to opt out of Analytics;
• opt out of data collection by Yandex.Metrica;
• block cookies in your browser settings, or open the site in private browsing mode.

The data processing terms are described in Google's privacy policy and in Yandex's privacy policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date it took effect.
